Dana and I have begun the search for land in Berkshire County, preferably 4 acres or more near Pittsfield.  It's slow going but we know the right property will come our way, we just have to keep looking.  Got a hot lead, the inside scoop on a land trust, or know a farmer looking to transfer their land?  Please let us know!  We can't wait to build greenhouses, raise pigs, chickens, bees and grow our own herbs for Shire City Herbals.
